He was predeceased by : his parents, Josh VanDerwarker and Carol VanDerwarker (Dutcher); and his stepdaughter Mandy Burch. He is survived by : his wife Linda VanDerwarker (Green); his stepchildren, Nick Connor (Lisa), Grace Connor, Halsey Smith (Penny), Linda Habshi (Patrick) and Kristopher Burch; his sister Cheyrll Bonds (Jim); his nephew David VanDerwarker; and his niece Carol Lee.
