Walter will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around him. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Katie; his brothers, Kurt (Eleanor) and Ronald (Ellen); and his nieces and nephews, Madeline Nardone (Christopher), Lisa Glasheen (Timothy), Ronald Jr. (Debbie) and Kurt Jr. (Lauren).
A funeral Mass was held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. James Episcopal Church (220 W Penn St, Long Beach, NY 11561).
