He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Hubert Madden and Marguerite Loyola Madden (Harte); his stepmother Isabel Madden (Farrell); and his wife Constance Madden (Kemp). He is survived by: his children, Marguerite Madden, Lori Deyoe (Bryan), Michael Madden (Judy), Ellie Bouffard and Joseph Madden (Sandy); his grandchildren, Kemp Remillard, Ayn Allen (Remillard), Paul Deyoe, Mark Deyoe, Marie Bouffard, Thomas Bouffard, Nicholas Bouffard, Connor Madden and Ethan Madden; and his great grandchildren, Caleb Deyoe and Cooper Allen.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Frank's remembrance to the CVPH Fitzpatrick Cancer Center.
