She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Harry McMurtry and Beatrice Taylor McMurtry; her husband Walter Marvin Jr. (Smit); her children, Angela Marvin (Michael Dunsmore), Edgar Marvin (Beth Drummond) and Walter Marvin III (Margot Roemischer); her grandsons, Benjamin (Kristy Santana) and Louis Scaglione (Evan Zhang); her children, Courtney (Paula Drassinower), Kelsey Marvin (Neil Brown), Brock and Connor Marvin; her great grandchildren, Reece, Rivi, Bodhi Brown, Carolyn and Josephine Scaglione; and her children-in-law, Darlene Mitchell and David Scaglione.
