She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter D'Agostino and Carmelia D'Agostino (Pisano); her son Joseph; her siblings, Jean Spalding and Peter D'Agostino; and her pet Belle.
She is survived by: her children, Robert Relfe (Reggie), Laurie Morrissette (Gary), Timothy Relfe and Jeffery Farrelly (Nicole); her grandchildren, Stephanie, Robbie, Kevin, Jacob, Mackenzie, Samantha, Brandon, Zachary and Skyler; her great grandchildren, Chase, Leo and Emerson; and her former husband Tim Farrelly. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins.
The family requests that no flowers be purchased, but to kindly consider a donation in her memory to the SPCA, 41 York St., Auburn, St. Jude's Children's Hospital or the Alzheimer's Association.
