She was predeceased by: her parents, Theresa Alfieri and Michael Alfieri; and her brother Carl Dan. She is survived by: her husband Joe; her children, Joey (Kelly), Michael and Carie Szakalski; her grandchildren, Kelcie, Megan and Jersi; her great grandchild Grayson; and her siblings, Rose Ann and TJ. She is also survived by her nieces, nephews, cousins, and countless dear friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Heieck-Pelc Funeral Home (48 South St, Auburn, NY 13021). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Sacred Heart Church (90 Melrose Rd, Auburn, NY 13021).
