She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, John Carter and Elizabeth Smith Ruttle; her siblings, Patricia, Douglas and Craig; her former husband Sam; her brother John; and her caregiver Carla. She was also cherished by her closest loved ones, friends, care givers.
