He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Moulton and Madelene Moulton (Austin); and his siblings, James "Jimmy" Moulton, Thelma Saccavino and Gwendolyn White.
He is survived by: his wife Margaret "Peggy" Baker Moulton; his daughter Susan (Kerry Smith); his grandsons, Jared and Jacob Smith; and his cousin Evelyn Payne (Tom). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and members of the Baker family.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Heieck-Pelc Funeral Home (48 South St, Auburn, NY 13021). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the St. Mary's Church (15 Clark St, Auburn, NY 13021).
