He was predeceased by: his parents, Julia Beard (Strapach) and Arthur Beard Sr.; and his siblings, Rolland Beard Sr., Arthur Beard Jr., Gerald Beard, William Beard, Richard Beard, Joseph Beard, Dolores Benderski (Edward) and Joan Kirschner (Heinrich).
He is survived by: his significant other Dorothy Baker of Auburn; his sister Shirley Jennings; and his siblings-in-law, Jack Herbert and Stephanie Beard. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
