He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Meade and Evelyn Teeter Meade; his stepfather Richard Marvin; and his sisters, Donna Bell and Mary Standish.

He is survived by: his children, Christopher Meade (Eileen Westburg), Lindsay Meade (Ryan Dencenburg), Robyn Meade and Debbie Stewart (Chuck); his grandchildren, Hannah, Hailey Meade, Paeghton, Kendall Dencenburg, Gabriel, Nathan Meade and Liam Stewart; and his siblings, Nancy Moore (Steve), Alisson Bell (Rick) and Gregory Marvin. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
