He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry H. Morgan and Jeannette Pullen Morgan; and his wife Shirley Morgan. He is survived by: his children, David Morgan (Joanne), Donald Morgan (Deborah), Kathy Gilmore (Steve), Patricia Hinman (Greg Martin), Darlene Kimak (Frank), Dennis Morgan (Jodie) and Michele Morgan; and his grandchildren, Rebecca, David, Dustin, Douglas, Cheryl, Shannon, Patrick, Joshua, Jeremy, Jason, Alex, Nick, Morgan, Mitchell, Maverick and Marcus. He is also survived by his 23 great grandchildren.

Donations in Dula's name may be made to the Throop Fire/Ambulance Department.
