He was predeceased by: his parents, John and Helen Kott Muldoon Jim; his sister Joanne Calescibetta (Tom); and his brothers-in-law, Stephen Brooks and Milt White.
He is survived by: his children, Ryan Muldoon (Samantha) and Kristin Muldoon Newert (Nick); his granddaughter Julia; and his nephew Todd Cottrell. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
