She was predeceased by: her parents, Percy VanOrman and Rose VanOrman (Pilat); and her siblings, John VanOrman, Cheryl Canino and Linda Stevens.
She is survived by: her husband Dr. Frank Vassallo. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
