He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Salvage and Donna Salvage (Burgette); his father-in-law Harold Crane Jr.; and his pets, Spanky, Tigger and Thumper.
He is survived by: his wife Amber Salvage (Crane); his son Nicholas Salvage (Jodi); his granddaughters, Maggie and Ellie; his brothers, George and Mark Salvage; his mother-in-law Joan (Kufhta) Crane (David Stilphen); and his brothers-in-law, Darin Crane (Laura) and Tyler Crane (Shelia). He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, friends, his beloved canine friend.
