He was predeceased by: his grandmother Sheilah Kirker; his aunt Leah Kirker; and his uncle John Kirker. He is survived by: his parents, Sam Chindamo and Shelby Chindamo (Kirker); his siblings, Kathryn "Katie" (Eric O'Conner), Jill and Eric; his grandparents, Sam, Nora Chindamo and Gerald Kirker; and his cousin Querns.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in his memory may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
