He is survived by: his sons, Robert Scarbrough (Sue), William Scarbrough (Karen), Jeffrey Scarbrough (Debra) and Daniel Scarbrough (Cyndy); his friend Beverly Scarbrough (Weber); and his sisters, Pamela Kirkwood and Janet Scarbrough. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; his former wife.
