He was predeceased by: his parents, William Costello and Pauline Costello (Callea). He is survived by: his wife Anne Costello (Wade); his children, Michael Costello (Brenda), Mathew Costello (Amanda) and Kristi Marcellus (David); his grandchildren, Michael Costello, Sarah Costello, Jeff Thurston, Max Costello, Henry Costello, Liam Marcellus and Maeve Marcellus; and his siblings, Bill Costello (Sarah), Linda LaDouce (Ed) and Paula Jones. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
