He is survived by: his children, Susan Salvage (David) of Boston, MA, Michael Hlywa (Cindy) of Jamesville, NY and Stephen Hlywa of Belvedere, ILL; and his grandchildren, Connor, Sean Hlywa, Ryan and Emerson Kate Salvage. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
