He was predeceased by: his parents, George Morrell and Oneita Morrell (Billings); his siblings, Jeaninne, William and James Morrell; his parents-in-law, Michael and Camille Picarro; and his brother-in-law Richard Picarro.

He is survived by: his wife Deborah (Picarro); his daughter Lesley Baker (David); his granddaughters, Alexa, Analia, Gianna, Elianna, Amelia and Nina; his siblings, Larry Morrell (Kathy) and Judy Rios (Jose); and his sisters-in-law, Donna Lupo, Joan Walters (Ross), Joanne Picarro and Carol Morrell. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
