He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Drew Savino (Meg) and Meghan Savino; his granddaughters, Reni and Briar Savino; his close friend Barbara Pordy; the mother of his children Karen Savino; his brothers, David (Lynne) and Gary Savino (Laurie); and his parents, Rocco Savino and Elizabeth "Betty" Savino.
Visitation was held on Monday, July 21st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:30 PM at the Pettigrass Funeral Home (196 Genesee St, Auburn, NY 13021). A funeral Mass was held on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Sacred Heart Church (90 Melrose Rd, Auburn, NY 13021).
At the family's request, in lieu of flowers, a donation can be made to Perform 4 Purpose, Inc., 8 Fourth Avenue, Auburn, NY 13021 or a charity of one's choice.
