He is survived by: his parents, David Newert and Lynn Morhiser Newert of Auburn; his siblings, Joshua Newert (Marisa) of Fairport, NY, Craig Newert of Auburn and Amanda Sayles of Weedsport; his siblings' children, Samuel, Matthew, Oskar Chase and Julia Muldoon; his former wife Kristin Muldoon-Newert; and his pets, Jake and Elwood. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and innumerable friends.
