He is survived by : his parents, Patrice Kulis (Murphy) and Richard A. Kulis; his children, Carter and Grace Kulis; his sister Leigh Alberici (Jason); his nephew Jack; his niece Ella Alberici; his sister Melanie Maher (Christian); his nieces and nephews, Mac, Ryan and Cal Maher; and his aunts and uncles, Elizabeth Hudick (Bob), Jerry Kulis, John Kulis (Judy), Michael Kulis (Lauri), Matthew Kulis (Jeff), David Kulis and Irene Kulis. He is also survived by numerous cousins and friends.
