It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Rita Jane Zelinski of Auburn, New York, who passed away on April 23, 2024, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, John Fritz and Stella Fritz (Rybash); her husband Jerome Zelinski; her son Michael Zelinski; and her brothers, Alfred Fritz, John Fritz (Estelle) and Victor Fritz (Alma).

She is survived by : her children, Mary Trebendis (Robert), Paul Zielinski and Jerry Zelinski; her grandchildren, Jeanette Stevens (Pat), Jeremy Zelinski (Ashley), Samara Zelinski, Lucas Zelinski (Sarah) and Daniel Trebendis (Tracey); and her great grandchildren, Ethan Trebendis, Madelyn Trebendis, Reese Zelinski, Emmett Zelinski, Miles Zelinski, Azalea Zelinski, Carlito Zelinski, Zoe Stevens and Finn Stevens. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins.

Visitation was held on Monday, April 29th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the St. Alphonsus Church (10 S Lewis St #2708, Auburn, NY 13021). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Monday, April 29th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
