He was predeceased by: his parents, Austin Donovan and Rita Donovan (O'Connor). He is survived by: his wife Catherine Ann Donovan; his son Kevin Austin Donovan; his brothers, John Donovan and Timothy Donovan; and his grandchildren, Austin Fraher and Ellie Fraher. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 17th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:45 AM at the Sacred Heart Church (90 Melrose Rd, Auburn, NY 13021). A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, January 17th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu flowers contributions may be made in his memory to the Matthew House, 48 Metcalf Dr. , Auburn NY 13021.
