It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jeffrey A. Powers of Averill Park, New York, born in Troy, New York, who passed away on April 30, 2021, at the age of 53, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his father John J. Powers Jr.. He is survived by : his mother Joyce A. Blauvelt; his stepfather Gary S. Blauvelt of Poestenkill; and his brothers, John J. Powers, III (Lynda) of Springs Woods, FL, Jerome K. Powers of Waterford, NY, James K. Powers (Diane) of Spencerport, NY, Thomas M. Powers (Donald) of Leland, NC, Timothy M. Powers (Tracy) of Cairo, NY and Jason M. Powers (Tammy) of Averill Park, NY.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

As mandated masks, social distancing and occupancy levels must be followed.

The family asks that donations be made to the Community Hospice c/o the Community Hospice Foundation 310 So. Manning Blvd., Albany, NY 12208 or the Tunnel to Towers Foundation 2361 Hyland Blvd., Staten Island, NY 10306 in memory of Jeff.
