It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved John Joseph Bergmann (Averill Park, New York), born in Troy, New York, who passed away at the age of 75, on March 26, 2024. He was predeceased by : his parents, Charles W. and Mary T. Bergmann (McCarthy); and his siblings, William C. Bergmann (Mary Ann T.) and Mary Elizabeth. He is survived by : his wife Nancy Bergmann (Carmody); his children, Paula Hanlon (Dan) of Averill Park, NY, J. Matthew, Karl Bergmann (Ingrid) of Mechanicsburg, PA and Keith Bergmann (Kelly) of Wynantskill, NY; his grandchildren, Julia, Grace Hanlon, Matalyn Vongphouthone (Danny), Abby Bergmann, Erica Burton, Noah, Brianna, Nathan, Hailey, Reese and Aliya Bergmann; and his pet Molly. He is also survived by many brothers and sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

They were fortunate to have been able to travel with many of them this past summer, on a cruise to Bermuda to celebrate their 50th Wedding Anniversary (2 years delayed due to Covid).
