He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Radley Jr. and Dorothy Mills Radley; and his brother Lowell Radley. He is survived by: his wife Susan Freed Radley; his children, Amanda S. Mitchell (Neil), Melissa D. Orth (Johnnie), Ashley E. Stickle (Scott) and Kyle E. Radley (Kate); and his siblings, Larry Radley (Helen), Lester Radley, Lori Alesi (Anthony), Linda Mullen (Dave) and Lyle Radley. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren.
