She is survived by: her husband Tim; her daughters, Rebecca Klimek (Roderick) of Wynantskill, Holly Whitman of Spokane, WA and Heather Hansen (Karen) of Niskayuna; her grandchildren, Gavin, Cora, Belle, Megan, Benjamin, Matthew, Andrew, Angus, Isaac, Chase, Camden, Carter and Glory; and her siblings, Sandy Shepard (Derek) of Baldwinsville, Steve Churco (Brenda) of Shaftsbury, VT and Larry Churco of Tupper Lake.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:30 PM at the Komdat Funeral Chapel (2691 NY-43, Averill Park, NY 12018). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 at 6:30 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Refuge Place (460 8th St Troy NY 12180), an organization near and dear to Paula's heart that serves a free community meal and pop-up food pantry every other week in downtown Troy.
