He is survived by: his parents, Mitchell Smith and Tracy Smith (Bennett) of Avoca; his brother Everett (Smith); his sister-in-law Pheobe Slayton; his nieces and nephews, Bryden and Molly of Duluth, MN.; his grandparents, Nancy Smith (VanDusen) of Elkland, PA, Beverly (Morey) and Cesar Majano of Nashville, TN.; his uncle Edward; his aunt Candace Clark (Bennett) of Campbell, NY.; his cousins, Wendy (Upham) and Brad Bryan of Elkland; and his aunts and uncles, Sheila Smith, Todd Shimkanin, TJ Bennett of Corning, NY, Rick and Karen Smith of Eagle River, AK..
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the H. P. Smith & Son Funeral Home (29 E Main St, Canisteo, NY 14823).
