He was predeceased by: his father Maynard Wellington. He is survived by: his mother Barbara Wellington (Hanrahan); his significant other Jeri Davis of Avoca; his daughters, Elizabeth Wellington (David White) of Dansville and Haleigh Thistle (Quintin) of Avoca; his grandchildren, Colin, Aryah, Carsyn, Eliana, Hudsyn, Watsyn and Raelynn; his significant other's children, Bradley Davis and Brooklyn Frank; his sister Heather Feely (Jim) of Wayland; and his nieces, Emily, Ashley, Olivia, Amelia and Isabella.
