It is with sadness that the passing of Keith N. Chase of Avoca, New York is shared. Keith, born on January 2, 1949, passed away on June 5, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Keith will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around him. He was predeceased by: his parents, Millard Chase, Jr. and Margaret Chase (Hoag); his significant other Jane Slocum; and his stepsons, Robert Judkins and David Pietrucha.
He is survived by: his sons, Keith Chase, Jr. (Linda) of Dunkirk, NY and Kevin Chase of Dunkirk, NY; his stepdaughters, Melissa Pietrucha of Cohocton, NY and Sara Judkins (Renee) of Rochester, NY; and his siblings, Katherine Moon (Jim) of Penn Yan, NY and Charles Smith of Florida. He is also survived by several grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
