She was predeceased by : her parents, William Middlesworth and Muriel Van Middlesworth of Ocean Township; and her brothers, Charles Van Middlesworth of Fort Myers, FL and William Van Middlesworth, Jr. of Ocean Township. She is survived by : her husband Gary; her sons, Gregory Smith (Arleen) and Daniel Smith (Bette); and her grandchildren, Ericka, Cameron, Daniel, Amy, Eleese (Elee) and Leliza. She is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews and countless friends.
