He was predeceased by : his parents, Bart Gaffney and Mary Rose Gaffney; and his parents-in-law, Alfred and Mary Cole. He is survived by : his siblings, William Gaffney, Monica Carey and John Gaffney; his wife Gloria Gaffney (Cole); his children, Kimberley Chapple (Glenn), Timothy Gaffney (Laura) and Judith Dangelmaier (Bruce); his grandchildren, Gregory Chapple, Victoria Gaffney-Eaton (Chad), Stephan Gaffney, Amy and Amber Dangelmaier; and his siblings-in-law, Carolyn Gaffney, Molly Cole, Jackie DeCook (Al) and Tim Cole (Donna).
