He is survived by: his siblings, Charlie Restivo and Angie Simone; his wife Rose; his children, Salvatore Restivo, Joseph Restivo and Lorianne DosSantos; and his grandchildren, Juliana Lynn, Salvatore Albert, Joseph Salvatore, Claudia Rose, Anthony George, Dana Marie, Alexa Rose, Taylor Marie and Lucas Alberto.
Visitation was held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Fredrick J. Chapey & Sons Funeral Home, Inc. (1225 Montauk Hwy, West Islip, NY 11795). A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the St. Joseph's R. C. Church (39 N Carll Ave, Babylon, NY 11702).
In lieu of flowers, a donation can be made in Salvatore Restivo's memory to Long Island Alzheimer's and Dementia Center or The Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research.
