“I lived across the canal from Arlene for 23 years. We were friends. We became very close during COVID when she needed help. She was fun, quirky and loved telling me stories. What a life she had. She managed a bus company and was also the dispatcher. All while raising two boys and caring for a disabled husband. We moved away in December of 2022. But I always checked with the neighbors (who also looked after and loved her) to make sure she was alright. RIP Arlene, you were one of a kind 🙏❤️🤗”
