He was predeceased by: his parents, Dina Meekins and Dennis Meekins. He is survived by: his children, Sean Meekins (Natalie), Mackenzie Meekins and Casey Meekins; the mother of his children Stacy Meekins; and his siblings, DJ Meekins (Patty), Donna Reese (Dave), Dina Carr (Dennis), Teresa Meekins (Chris Howes) and Patricia Moltisanti.
