He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Cook and Betty Cook; his brother Lee Cook; his father-in-law Thomas Gilliard; and his brother-in-law Tom Gilliard.
He is survived by: his wife Theresa; his son Christopher Marion (Tiffany); his grandsons, Alizander and Tristan; his granddaughter-in-law Asher Welch; and his siblings, Roy Cook (Michelle) and Tanya Cook. He is also survived by many other nieces and nephews.
