He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther "Gus" Bliven and Rita Bliven. He is survived by: his wife Julia Bliven; and his brother Stephen Bliven of Breingsville, PA. He is also survived by his brothers and sisters in law, many nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
