Though Fred may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Neff and Margaret Neff; and his wife Melva. He is survived by: his children, Stephen Neff (Brenda), Matthew Neff (Hailey) and Deborah Smiley (Michael). He is also survived by grandchildren and one great grandchild.
