He is survived by: his wife Sandra; his sons, Scott Philips (Emily Roszkowski) and Jonathan Philips (Lauren); his granddaughters, Josephine and Lyra; his sister Judith Soroko (Jordan); his sibling's children, Merril Chin (Greg) and Jay Soroko (Amy); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Taylor, Cassandra, Grace, Max and Sam. He is also survived by his family, friends.
