Linda Carole Barnes Obituary
We announce the death of Linda Carole Barnes (Baldwinsville, New York), who passed away on August 20, 2026, at the age of 77. Linda will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Carlton LaMora and Elinor LaMora (Pacific); her sister Anne LaMora; and her daughter-in-law Karen Barnes. She is survived by: her husband Bruce Barnes; her children, Byron R. "Willie" Barnes (Joy), Erik Barnes, Rebecca Clark, Jenna Sullivan (Brandon) and JoAnne Butler (Nicholas); and her brothers, Ronald LaMora (Constance) and Alex Larche-Pacific (Richard). She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and many friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, August 27th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Falardeau Funeral Home (93 Downer St, Baldwinsville, NY 13027). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, August 28th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Mary of the Assumption Church (47 Syracuse St, Baldwinsville, NY 13027). A burial was held on Friday, August 28th 2026 at the Riverview Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Linda's memory may be made to the CNY Diaper Bank.
