She was predeceased by: her parents, James Neustadt and Anna Neustadt; and her siblings, James Neustadt and Jean Neustadt. She is survived by: her husband Gary W. Shelley; her children, Annmarie Guadalupe (Ahmed Gahelrasoul) of Brooklyn, Elizabeth Guadalupe (Miguel Ortiz), Ortiz and Joseph Guadalupe; and her brother Walter Neustadt. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
