She is survived by: her husband Ronald H. Milback; her children, Ronald M. Milback (Christie), Traci Bretherton (Jim) and Chrissy Milback; and her siblings, Edward J. Reinhardt (Cindy), Randy J. Reinhardt (Doreen), Patricia Allen (Bronner) and Debby Reisman (Gary). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Carol M. Baldwin Breast Cancer Research Fund of CNY in Penny's memory.
