He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald F. Carr and Iva Maltby Carr of Kirkville, NY.. He is survived by: his daughter Crystal Carr (Dan Gonyea) of Canastota; his granddaughter Anastasia Rose; his son Jon Carr of Fabius; his grandchild Robbie Carr; and his great grandchild Matthew Carr.
