We are sad to announce that on June 15, 2025, at the age of 75, Thomas Peter Desimone of Baldwinsville, New York, born in Binghamton, New York passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Thomas Peter Desimone to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Onofrio Desimone and Helen Desimone; and his brother Joseph Desimone. He is survived by: his children, Matthew, Nathan (Lauren), Ashton (Ron Priest) and Cameron (Ashley Hicks); his close friend Denise Evans; and his siblings, David, Gary (Mary), Lisa Delavera (Chris), Ava Clark (DJ) and Adelyne Veruto (John). He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; and many neices, nephews, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 22nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Falardeau Funeral Home (93 Downer St, Baldwinsville, NY 13027). A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, June 23rd 2025 at 10:00 AM and at 11:00 AM at the St. Mary's Church (47 Syracuse St, Baldwinsville, NY 13027).
