He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary L. Zak (Kane) and Eugene D. Zak; and his siblings, Barbara Zak Shields and Andrew Zak. He is survived by: his siblings, Douglas Zak (Cynthia), Kathleen Reis (Joseph), Paul Zak (Carissa) and Jeffrey Zak (Stephanie). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and great-nieces and nephews.
