He is survived by: his children, Daniel Smith and Deborah O'Donnell (Greg); his grandchildren, Michael DiGirolamo (Theresa), Dustin DiGirolamo, Christine Kuzj (Steve), Ryan O'Donnell and Alyssa O'Donnell (Elliott Jackson); his great grandchildren, Asher Kuzj and Avalyn Kuzj; and his nephews, Cavalier King Charles and Miniature Pinscher.
