She was predeceased by: her parents, Darold Metcalf and Lottie Moore Metcalf; and her husband Richard B. Johansen. She is survived by: her children, Laura Johansen (Eric Johnson), Kristi Santeramo (David) and Stephen Johansen (Erin); her siblings, Joseph Metcalf (Deborah) and Catherine Todd (Nelson); her grandchildren, Douglas Santeramo (Jackie), Glynnis Santeramo (Andrew Derby), Charlotte Mitchell (Zachary) and Lillianna Johansen (Charlie Leary); and her great grandchildren, Elliott and Kinsley. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
