In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Robert leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though Robert may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Richards and Virginia Richards. He is survived by: his wife Melinda Richards (Ripps); his daughters, Gretchen Richards (Rob Ferragamo) and Rebecca Richards (Alan Graham); his sister Kathleen McGreavy (John); and his brothers-in-law, Richard Ripps (Barbara) and Andrew Ripps (Linda). He is also survived by 5 nieces & 2 nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 19th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Levine Memorial Chapel (649 Washington Ave, Albany, NY 12206). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, October 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
