He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Caruso and Louis Caruso; his wife Edna Cannizzo Caruso; and his siblings, Thomas Caruso (Pat), Nancy Busch (Alvin) and Joseph Caruso (Sue).
He is survived by: his children, Jeannine Toney (David) of Ballston Spa, NY and Stephen Caruso (Patricia) of Uxbridge, MA; his grandchildren, Ryan Caruso, Nicholas Toney (April Reynolds) and Anthony Caruso (Julia); his great grandchild Anthony "A. J." Caruso; and his brothers, William Aperance (Kim) and Rick Renschler (Cindi). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, and friends.
